Editorial Guidelines

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These guidelines describe how content on Memo News Journal is researched, written and labeled.

Educational purpose

Our content is written to inform, not to diagnose or treat. We do not claim that any food, habit or product treats, cures or prevents any disease, and we encourage readers to talk to a healthcare professional before changing their diet, exercise, sleep or supplement routine.

Sources and references

When we mention research, we cite real, published studies with identifiers (such as PMID or DOI) and reproduce their titles accurately. We avoid presenting early or limited research as settled fact.

Language and claims

We avoid exaggerated or absolute language (such as “miracle” or “guaranteed”), unverified testimonials, fake urgency and before-and-after imagery. Individual results vary.

Advertising and transparency

Promotional pages are clearly labeled “Advertorial”. We disclose any compensation we may receive and identify the product, the checkout platform and the publisher in the footer of every page.

Corrections

If you believe something on this site is inaccurate, let us know through our Contact page and we will review it promptly.
